1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Atlas Academy ("we," "our," or "us"), including our offline in-person computing tuition services and our online personalized exam preparation training platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, including students, parents, guardians, and any other individuals who access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Atlas Academy provides:

• Offline In-Person Tuition: Small group and individual computing tuition classes conducted at our physical location in Bukit Timah, Singapore, covering O-Level Computing (Syllabus 7155) and H2 Computing (Syllabus 9569)
• Online Exam Preparation Platform: Personalized exam preparation training, progress tracking, homework management, and learning resources accessible through our online platform (currently in development)
• Educational Resources: Worksheets, practice papers, solutions, and study materials
• Progress Tracking: Academic progress monitoring, assessment results, and performance analytics

3. Enrollment and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Be enrolled in or preparing for O-Level Computing (7155) or H2 Computing (9569)

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Using a strong, unique password

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Tuition Fees

Our tuition fees are as follows:

• Fees are charged per term or per month, as specified in your enrollment agreement
• All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Fees are subject to change with prior notice
• Current pricing is available on our pricing page

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms:

• Payment is due by the date specified on your invoice
• We accept payment via PayNow, bank transfer, or other methods as specified
• Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of services
• All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:

• If we are unable to provide the agreed services due to circumstances beyond your control
• If you cancel within the cancellation period specified in your enrollment agreement
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
• No refunds for classes already attended or materials already provided

5. Attendance and Student Conduct

5.1 Attendance

Students are expected to:

• Attend all scheduled classes punctually
• Notify us in advance if unable to attend (make-up classes may be available subject to availability)
• Complete assigned homework and assessments
• Actively participate in class activities

5.2 Code of Conduct

All students must:

• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
• Maintain appropriate behavior during classes
• Not engage in any form of harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
• Use our online platform responsibly and ethically

5.3 Consequences of Misconduct

Violation of our code of conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of services without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Atlas Academy, including but not limited to:

• Worksheets, practice papers, and solutions
• Online course content and videos
• Software, platform features, and user interfaces
• Logos, trademarks, and branding materials

are the exclusive property of Atlas Academy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use these materials solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Online Platform Usage

7.1 Acceptable Use

When using our online platform, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7.2 Platform Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Atlas Academy provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis
• We do not guarantee specific academic results or exam outcomes
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, interruption of service, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas Academy, its instructors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Breach our code of conduct

You may terminate your enrollment by providing written notice. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Sending an email notification to registered users
• Updating the "Last updated" date

Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
