Working professionals who need to operate confidently in an AI-enabled world. There are five role-specific tracks: Executive (T1), AI Product (T2), Delivery Leader (T3), AI Engineer (T4), and AI Architect (T5). Each is written for a different professional context — no single course covers everyone.

Three things: governance-first (we teach you how to deploy safely, not just how to prompt), vendor-neutral, and role-specific (your track covers what is directly relevant to your job). Most AI training teaches prompting. We teach architecture, governance, observability, and engineering. Vendor-neutral here means covering every vendor on its own terms with none privileged — the neutrality is in the spread, not in avoiding the subject.

Applied AI does neither. We award no credential of our own — the five role tracks are about being able to do the work. Preparing for other people's exams (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Anthropic) is a separate part of Atlas, Certification Prep, with its own tracks — see the Certifications page. It is not part of Applied AI and not included in any Applied AI plan.

Yes. Tracks are online and self-paced, so a team does not need to be scheduled together — each person works at their own pace. Get in touch and we will cover access for several people, invoicing, and a summary you can take through internal approval.

Match the track to your role: T1 for executives and board members, T2 for product leaders, T3 for delivery and programme managers, T4 for software engineers, T5 for architects. If you are unsure, tell us your role and what you are trying to change and we will point you at one.

It depends on the track. T1–T3 require no coding knowledge — they are written for non-technical professionals. T4 requires software engineering experience (Python or equivalent). T5 requires senior engineering or architecture experience with strong systems thinking.

As a guide to depth: T1 (Executive) and T2 (AI Product) are around 4 weeks of material, T3 (Delivery Leader) around 8, T4 (AI Engineer) around 10, and T5 (AI Architect) around 12. These are indicative, not fixed terms — the tracks are self-paced, so how long yours takes is up to you.

Online, and self-paced. You work through the material in your own time, from anywhere. We do not currently run Applied AI in person; if we add in-person workshops later they will be a separate thing you buy, not part of a track.

There are no intake dates to wait for — a self-paced track starts when you do. Sign-up is not open yet while we finish the first tracks. Tell us which track interests you and we will let you know the moment it is.

Around 6–10 hours a week will carry you through a track in roughly the indicative length above. There is no schedule to keep up with, so less is fine — it simply takes longer.

Applied AI is a subscription rather than a one-off purchase, because the material is kept current and a renewal buys that currency. We are finalising the plans and will publish them here when sign-up opens. Ask us in the meantime and we will share what a track costs.

There is no application and no interview. When sign-up opens you will choose a track and subscribe, and start immediately. Until then, get in touch and we will tell you when it is live.

Yes. Many people come through an employer or a professional development budget. We can provide an invoice addressed to your organisation and a summary suitable for internal approval.
