• Contact Information: Physical address, email, phone numbers
• Payment Information: Billing address, payment method details (processed securely through third-party payment processors)
• Account Information: Username, password (encrypted), account preferences

For our services, we collect:

• Class attendance records
• Homework submissions and grades
• Assessment results and exam scores
• Progress tracking data (for online platform)
• Learning analytics and performance metrics
• Topic coverage and mastery levels

Who processes your data

Our sign-in system, AI memory and content services run on our own servers in Singapore and are not third parties. We do not use advertising or analytics networks on this site.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:

• Encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest
• Secure authentication and access controls
• Regular security assessments and updates
• Limited access to personal information on a need-to-know basis
• Secure payment processing through reputable third-party providers

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as it is useful to you or required of us:

• Account and learning records — for as long as the account is in use, and for two years after the last sign-in. After that we anonymise them: the practice and progress records remain as statistics, but they no longer identify anybody and the login stops working.
• Invoices and receipts — five years, which is the period Singapore tax law requires us to keep financial records.
• Payment screenshots — deleted five years after the invoice they belong to. The invoice record itself is kept for the period above.
• Unredeemed sign-in and learner invites — 30 days, then deleted.

You can ask us to delete your account sooner. We will do so within 30 days, except for the financial records above, which we are required to keep.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request access to your personal information
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal and contractual obligations)

• Parents can review, modify, or request deletion of their child's information at any time
